Since its founding in 2020, our company has established itself as the leading AI-powered platform for scouting and game analysis, and today supports over 100 customers worldwide in making their scouting activities more efficient and data-driven.

to an Innovative Platform
2017
Our roots
Our roots go back to 2017, when the Bremen-based AI company JUST ADD AI (JAAI) teamed up with SV Werder Bremen to launch the ‘JAAI Scout’ project. The goal was clear: to elevate AI-supported scouting to a new level.
2020
As a result of this pilot project
SCOUTASTIC was established in 2020 as an independent company and joint venture with transfermarkt.de. With Werder Bremen and Bayer Leverkusen as our first customers and our founding members Hendrik and Christian, we laid the foundation for our current success.
2024
Since June 2024
Hendrik and Christian have been the managing directors of SCOUTASTIC. As our first employee, Hendrik has helped us greatly on our journey so far with his commitment and expertise in software development for professional football clubs. Christian brings extensive experience from elite youth academies. His extensive network within the industry is invaluable for our further growth.

The Rapid Evolution of Artificial Intelligence
The development of artificial intelligence has made enormous progress over the last few years. From rule-based systems to machine learning and neural networks, AI technologies have evolved rapidly, creating new opportunities for data analysis and automation. There have been major breakthroughs in the field of natural language processing in particular, from early models such as IBM Watson to transformer-based models such as BERT and today’s powerful large language models (LLMs). SCOUTASTIC uses these modern LLMs to analyse and evaluate scouting reports even more accurately. By combining this advanced AI with the unique data from transfermarkt.de, we offer a powerful tool for clubs worldwide.
Growth & Expansion
What started as a small team of two people has now grown into a group of nine employees who share a common vision: to make scouting more efficient, intelligent and data-driven. With the trust of top clubs from the Bundesliga, Premier League, Ligue 1 and many other leagues, we have established ourselves as an integral part of the international football industry.
The future looks promising: in addition to further expansion in football, we plan to expand our software into other sports. SCOUTASTIC will continue to drive innovation and take digital scouting solutions to the next level.
